By accessing or using CardForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Use of the Service

CardForge is a free tool for creating and studying flashcards. You may use it for personal, educational, or professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in CardForge. By using cloud sync, you grant CardForge permission to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any rights over your decks or cards.

4. No Warranty

CardForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Cloud sync runs on free-tier infrastructure and uptime is not guaranteed. We recommend keeping local backups of important decks via JSON export.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardForge and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss.

6. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of CardForge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
